Hi Product Hunt! 👋
I'm the maker of Rouden — a project born from a simple frustration: habit trackers feel like chores, and mobile RPGs feel like time sinks. What if they were the same thing?
Rouden is what I call a Routine-Playing Game. Every real-life habit you complete directly fuels your character's auto-battles, story progression, and gear drops. There's no separation between "the productive part" and "the fun part" — they're one loop.
A few things I'm proud of:
The idle system — Your character fights while you're away. Complete routines → earn battle time → collect rewards when you return.
AI companion with memory — Dochi (your hedgehog buddy) remembers your habits across sessions and suggests completions naturally in conversation.
Daily caps — We intentionally cap daily progression so the game encourages sustainable habits, not obsessive grinding.
We're currently in pre-registration. Early supporters get an exclusive Legendary skin (Scholar Mer) that will never be available through in-game purchase.
