When we were just a single office, cash tracking was simple - a drawer, a spreadsheet, and a daily audit. Owners were in the office most days, and it was easy to keep an eye on things.
But as the business grew and expanded to multiple locations, and as staff turned over, the spreadsheet became a nightmare. Formulas would break, data would be entered incorrectly, and it became nearly impossible to maintain accuracy.
