Hi Hunters 👋 I built Resee after noticing that ~9,000 of the 10,000 photos on my phone had been looked at exactly once — the moment I took them. Every app I tried treated my library as a to-do list: a queue to get through, a counter going down, a decision required on every single swipe. I'd quit after 20 photos, every time. So Resee is the opposite. It's a feed of your own photos: random order, full screen, swipe up for the next. You can swipe 200 in a row and decide nothing. Favoriting, filing into a theme and deleting are all one tap away in the right-hand rail, but they're side effects, not homework. And a photo you've already seen goes quiet for 90 days and then comes back — seen shouldn't mean used up. A few things I decided on purpose: • Nothing leaves your library until you confirm one batch, and deleted photos land in Recently Deleted for 30 days. A mistake is never final. • Themes live inside Resee, so sorting never writes anything to your Photos library. • Everything runs on device. No account, no ads, no analytics. The single network call turns a photo's coordinates into a place name for the memory card, and there's a switch for it. Two things I'd genuinely like your take on: does the 90-day "come back later" window feel right, too short, or too long? And how many photos are sitting on your phone right now — when did you last scroll past the top screen? I'll be here all day.
