I built RepLock because I kept telling myself I'd exercise "later" — and later never came. So I made it impossible to skip.
RepLock locks your Mac screen at intervals you set, and the only way to unlock it is to do push-ups (or other exercises) in front of your camera. The AI counts your reps entirely on-device — no cloud, no data leaves your Mac.
What started as a joke to myself ("what if my computer held me hostage?") turned into something I actually use every day. I'm averaging 100+ push-ups a day now without thinking about it.
