Relayyed

The operating system for retainer videographers

Relayyed streamlines client feedback for recurring video work. Creators upload each month’s videos to a persistent project link, and clients leave frame-accurate comments without creating an account. Approvals are recorded with name, date, and version so you maintain a clear audit trail. Built for monthly retainers, it keeps everything organized by month and makes it easy to show what was delivered, what changed, and when each cut was approved.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I’m Rory, a videographer in British Columbia. A lot of my work is monthly content for retainer clients, and I built Relayyed for them. The shooting and editing were never the messy part. It was everything after: feedback spread across texts and emails, notes like “can you change the part near the end?”, a new Drive link every month, and no clear record of what a client actually signed off on. Tools like Frame.io are great, but they’re built for production teams and one-off projects. A retainer is different. It’s the same client with new videos every month, and someone on their side who just wants to watch on their phone and say yes. So Relayyed works like this: Every client gets one link that stays the same every month They watch on any device, with no account or login They click the exact moment in the video to leave a note They approve each video with their name, or approve them all at once Every approval is saved with the name, date and version, so you keep a record you can save as a PDF Approved videos download straight from the same page Vertical and horizontal videos both display properly It’s CA$19/month with everything included and unlimited clients, plus a 14-day free trial. Your clients never pay or sign up. I’d love honest feedback, especially if you deliver video to clients. How do you handle approvals today, and what would stop you from switching? I’ll be around all day to answer questions.
