I first built Recommend Anime during my university years as a small Android app in Java. It was loved by a small group of anime fans, so years later I rebuilt it from scratch with Kotlin Compose Multiplatform for both iOS and Android.
This new version adds AI recommendations, Anime DNA, detailed anime info, watchlist tracking, release calendar, official streaming links, and a clean design focused on simplicity.
I avoided unnecessary menus and long scrolling pages, so everything feels clear, fast, and reachable in just a few taps.
