Quick honest story: I had a shelf of half-finished books and a screen time report I wasn't proud of. The only stretch where I consistently read was when a friend and I were texting each other our progress on the same book.
So I built the mechanic instead of relying on the friendship to sustain it. ReadCircle is a shared feed between you and your friends: you log what you read, they see it. When they read, you get a nudge. That's genuinely the whole app.
