π Hey Product Hunt!
I'm Rachid, a solo founder from Northern France. Quotly is my first
real SaaS β and I'm thrilled (and a bit nervous) to share it here today.
π§ Why I built Quotly
My family has worked in construction for generations. Watching them
spend 6-8 hours every weekend on Excel β instead of resting after
brutal work weeks β was painful. Most quoting tools I tested were
either too complex (built for accountants, not artisans) or too
generic (no understanding of French BTP regulations like reverse
charge VAT, Factur-X, certifications).
π‘ The "voice" insight
The breakthrough came from a real conversation with a plumber friend:
"If only I could just SAY my quote out loud while I'm still on site,
my evenings would be free." That sentence changed everything.
So Quotly was born: dictate your quote from the construction site,
