Quietstack

The monthly close chase, run for you

One job, and nothing else: it asks your clients for the items they still owe you for the month, and it asks again on day 3, 7 and 14 counted from the first reminder, for anything still open. All of it without you writing a chase email. Each client gets one email listing their own open items, with your firm's name on it. It is not a portal invitation and there is nothing in it to click. One page shows who still owes what. $50 a month, flat. No call, no demo, no onboarding.

Hi Product Hunt — I'm Kelly, and I built Quietstack. Quietstack is a software product for the monthly close chase, run from the United States. Your client replies to the email with a photo or a scan. That is the whole mechanism — their reply reaches your inbox, and there is nothing for them to log in to. The reminder goes out from a Quietstack address with your firm's name on it, and replies reach your own inbox — one can come to us first, on its way to you — so you answer them the way you answer everything else. The address is ours, not yours, and your clients have not seen it before, so a first reminder can land in a junk folder. Tell your clients an email is coming from you and ask them to mark it not spam. Who it's for: bookkeeping and accounting firms of one to five people — typically that means 20 to 120 clients you see every month, the same ones, for the same statements and receipts. Price: $50 a month, flat. One price for the whole firm — no per-user charge, and no tiers to compare. No call, no demo, no onboarding. I would rather show you what it does than tell you how good it is. The site says, in its own words: "This page shows no customer quote. Every claim on it describes what the product does; none of it is a review, an average or a result somebody else got." It is here if you want to look, and I would genuinely like your feedback — especially if you run a bookkeeping or accounting firm, or if you have chased this by hand: https://www.quietstackmail.com/?...

Who hunted Quietstack?

Quietstack was hunted by Kelly Lamoreau. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
