Qmunidad
Village management software for Philippine HOAs
Qmunidad is a complete village management platform built for Philippine gated communities and HOAs. 8 integrated modules: ₱999/month per village. No setup fees. No long-term contracts.
Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I'm Cristian, the solo developer behind Qmunidad.
I built this after watching guards in Philippine subdivisions log visitors in water-damaged notebooks, residents calling the guardhouse to let guests in, and HOA treasurers chasing dues payments in group chats.
Qmunidad fixes all of that — one platform, 8 modules, built specifically for how Philippine gated communities actually work.
The name comes from *komunidad* — the Filipino word for community. Every module follows the same pattern: LoQate, BisitaQ, BahayQ — Filipino words with a Q, because this product is built for the Philippines, not just adapted from a Western HOA tool.
It's ₱999/month per village. No setup fees. No long-term contracts. No "contact sales."
Happy to answer any questions about the product or the problem space. 🙏
