PRISM Framework
Enterprise architecture that lives in your repository
PRISM is a family of seven open enterprise architecture frameworks — EA, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Application, Data, AI, and Product — defined as plain-text YAML, committed to git, and reviewed in pull requests. Created by Palakurthi, V.G.
I built PRISM because I wanted enterprise architecture to work the way code works. You don't ask permission to read the codebase. You don't schedule a meeting to find out what a system does. You open the repository.
PRISM brings that same discipline to enterprise architecture: your organization's structure, systems, data flows, security posture, infrastructure, AI architecture, and product decisions — all as plain-text YAML files, committed to git, versioned, reviewable, and always current. No proprietary tooling. No centralized gatekeeper. No diagram that only one person knows how to update.
Architecture should be a source of truth, not a snapshot. That's what PRISM is for.
