PreMortem
An adversarial AI panel interrogates your startup idea.
Most validation tools are built to make you feel good. Business plan generators auto-fill your optimism. Market research tools hand you meaningless TAM numbers. Paid advisors nod along because you're paying them. Pre-Mortem does the opposite. A five-agent adversarial panel attacks your idea from every angle — revenue assumptions, founder fit, unit economics, competitive threats, user behavior. They don't take turns being polite. They interrogate.
I built Pre-Mortem because I kept watching smart founders waste years on ideas that were dead on arrival not because they lacked execution, but because nobody told them the brutal truth early enough.
Every advisor, accelerator, and validation tool is optimized to keep you motivated. I wanted the opposite something that actively tries to kill your idea before you've quit your job or burned your savings.
The approach evolved into a five-agent adversarial panel, each attacking from a specialized angle: market assumptions, founder fit, unit economics, competitive threats, and user behavior. Together they produce a Deadpool Score thats your idea's honest probability of failure and the exact reasons why.
If your idea survives, you've got something real. If it doesn't, you just saved yourself two years.
Would love brutal feedback from this community — it's kind of the whole point.
