We were facing marketing challenges and could not find an marketing automation tool built around direct mail that worked well with callbacks and multi-touch sequences. Originally we built our own CRM internally for a B2B healthcare startup with much longer sales cycle. We found that our internal marketing tool was creating a lot of interest and we were very satisfied with the flow. We evaluated the market and realized this was a novel design that we did not see publicly available so we decided to fork our internal CRM to make it useable by other businesses, thus PostKnock was born.
