Hey Product Hunt, I'm Raj. I built Plus One because of a friend. He logged every workout in Apple Notes, and between sets he'd scroll back through old entries to find what he lifted last time, then do the math in his head on what to lift now. Months later he was still stuck at the same weight and couldn't tell. Plus One does that part for him. Every set shows last time and a target: one more rep, or the next weight once you hit the top of your rep range. Beat it and you get a yellow +1. When a lift stalls it suggests one change, and on bad-recovery days (sleep, HRV, resting heart rate from Apple Health) it holds your weights instead of pushing them. A few things that came from lifters in the beta: - The Apple Watch runs a whole workout on its own. Lifters in the beta kept telling me they wanted to leave the phone in the bag. - "Ear breaks": your music dips while you rest and comes back for the next set. - Import your history from Strong or Hevy. What's free: logging, history, routines, last time on every set, watch logging. What's Pro: next targets, stall fixes, progress charts, ear breaks, voice logging. Pro has a 7-day trial, or a one-time lifetime option. No account, no ads, and your log only syncs through your own iCloud. I'm a solo dev and read every comment today. What would you want from a lifting app that none of them do yet?
