Plan AI
Bot-free meeting recorder that automates your Jira tickets
Stop inviting intrusive AI bots to your Zoom calls. Plan AI natively captures your OS audio and orchestrates an async AI pipeline (using Qdrant and OpenRouter) to automatically extract perfectly scoped engineering tickets, markdown docs, and architecture diagrams. It pushes directly to GitHub/Jira and integrates with Repomix and GitNexus (MCP) so your AI coding assistants can write PRs autonomously. Open source (BUSL) and Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) for maximum privacy
Hi Product Hunt!
I'm Xavier, the solo dev behind Plan AI.
Like many of you, I got incredibly tired of "AI Notetakers." Every time I joined a Google Meet or Zoom, 3 different headless browser bots would join as participants. It feels intrusive, it breaks the flow of the meeting, and corporate IT departments hate it for privacy reasons.
On top of that, having a raw transcript is useless if I still have to spend 30 minutes manually translating our technical discussion into perfectly scoped Jira or Linear tickets.
So, I built Plan AI with a different philosophy:
1. 100% Bot-Free: An Electron/Expo app that captures your OS system audio directly. No bots, no calendar invites.
2. Extreme Context (RAG): It pushes transcripts to Qdrant (Vector DB), injecting historical architectural decisions into the LLM prompts before generating tickets.
3. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK): Plug in your OpenRouter and Deepgram keys. You get wholesale AI pricing and complete data privacy.
4. Developer First: It pushes tasks directly to GitHub/Linear, and using our Repomix + GitNexus (MCP) integration, your AI coding assistants (like Cursor) can instantly write PRs based on the tickets without hallucinating.
Because it records system audio, I knew trust would be paramount. That’s why the core is Open Source (BUSL-1.1). You can audit the code, run it locally via Docker, or use our managed B2B cloud.
I'd love to hear your feedback on the architecture or the "bot-free" native capture approach vs. the standard bot approach. I'll be here answering questions!

Who hunted Plan AI?
Plan AI was hunted by Xavier Mas Leszkiewicz. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
