Plain Week
A minimal weekly planner that feels like paper
Plain Week is a minimal weekly planner: your whole week on one screen, a column per day plus a Someday list. It lives in your browser first, so it opens instantly and works offline. Recurring tasks (even every 21 days), colors, subtasks, drag & drop and keyboard shortcuts. Free in the browser; sync across devices is a weekly plan or a one-time lifetime license. It's also open source (MIT) and self-hostable in one Docker container.
Hi Product Hunt! 👋 I'm Víctor.
I plan my week on paper: one column per day, a few lines each, and a list for "someday". Every app I tried turned that into projects, labels and notifications. So I built the paper version.
Plain Week opens instantly because everything lives on your device first (IndexedDB); the server only syncs. It works offline, installs as an app, and you can use it in the browser for free without an account. If you want your week on every device, sync is a weekly plan or a one-time lifetime license, and today it's 10 € with the code PRODUCTHUNT.
It's open source (MIT), so if you'd rather run it yourself, it's one Docker container with SQLite.
I'd love your feedback, especially on what's missing from your weekly routine.
