PipZ is a multi-PiP app for macOS — open as many Picture-in-Picture windows as you want from any browser tab. Videos, docs, dashboards, and reference tabs all stay on top while you work.
Hey everyone!
I built PipZ because I was constantly juggling multiple tabs just to keep things visible: a video here, docs there, dashboards somewhere else. macOS PiP was great, but limiting it to one window felt… unnecessarily restrictive.
So I made PipZ: a way to open multiple PiP windows from any browser tab, so everything you need can stay on top while you work.
A few ways I personally use it:
• Watching lectures while coding
• Keeping docs/reference open without tab switching
• Monitoring dashboards alongside development
• Following tutorials without losing context
Would love to hear how you would use it, and what feels missing or annoying.
All feedback (brutal honesty included) is super appreciated
Thanks for checking it out!
