Hi Product Hunt, I am Angel, the founder of PHIGuard. I built PHIGuard because small clinics often end up running HIPAA work across spreadsheets, inboxes, shared folders, calendars, and generic task tools. That may work for a while, but it gets messy when someone needs to answer simple questions: What is due this week? Who owns it? Where is the evidence? What happened after an incident? What record would we show later? PHIGuard is meant to be the operating layer for that work. Clinics can assign recurring HIPAA tasks, attach evidence, track incidents, and keep append-only audit history tied to the work itself. Every public plan includes a BAA, and pricing is flat per clinic instead of per user. The product is built first for small medical clinics and practice administrators. It is not trying to be a broad enterprise GRC suite. The goal is simpler: make HIPAA work easier to keep up with every week, without forcing a clinic to rebuild the process in a generic workspace. I would value honest feedback on the positioning and the workflow. If you run a clinic, support one, or have had to maintain compliance evidence in a small healthcare team, I would especially like to know what part of the workflow still feels too heavy.
