Oppalin
A simple visual reference board accessible from any browser.
Oppalin is a simple surface for collecting visual references, with a minimal set of features. Everyone's cognitive load seems to be way too high, so I wanted to create this silent space where you can collect references wherever you are. Drop images and notes, access from any browser, share a link for collaboration when it is time.
Hi everyone. I'm Fabio, and I'm launching Oppalin.
It's an infinite canvas for shared reference work:
- Moodboards
- Research walls
- The search for that unique angle before it becomes a deck.
You drop in images (photos, pasted images, drag from pinterest boards), add notes and sketches, it stays accessible via a URL.
That's the whole product.
What's deliberately missing: templates, sprint modes, music, voting dots, dashboards, an export flow.
Oppalin is a reference wall you carry around and can share with others, meant for the work in progress.
Free for solo work and small boards. Pro is $7/month or $67/year for unlimited boards and 20GB of storage.
This is my first launch on PH and I'd love to hear, if you have a minute:
- What's the closest tool you currently use for this kind of work?
- Do you feel overwhelmed when you go open a new tool and it has hundreds of features and templates? Is simplicity appealing?
- Anything broken? I'll be in the comments.
Thanks for taking a look!
Fabio

Who hunted Oppalin?
Oppalin was hunted by Fabio Torlai. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
