OpenUptime brings uptime checks, alerts and public status pages together. Monitor HTTP, TCP, DNS, cron jobs and databases. Manage monitors and incidents from Claude, Cursor or any MCP client, or use the REST API. Get alerts in Slack, Lark, Telegram, PagerDuty or email. Use the hosted service with a free plan, or self-host the MIT-licensed core with Docker or Cloudflare Workers + Postgres.
Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I'm the maker of OpenUptime, an open-source uptime monitor with alerts and public status pages.
The idea is simple: keep monitoring, incident updates and customer-facing status pages together, while giving developers a choice about where it runs.
A few things you can do:
• Monitor HTTP, TCP, DNS, PostgreSQL, MySQL and Redis, plus heartbeats for cron jobs.
• Send alerts to Slack, Lark/Feishu, Telegram, PagerDuty, email or webhooks.
• Share public status pages with incident timelines and email/RSS subscriptions.
• Connect Claude, Cursor or another MCP client to create monitors, run checks and manage incidents. OAuth lets you scope access to workspaces or projects.
You can start on the hosted free plan, or run the MIT-licensed core yourself with Docker or Cloudflare Workers + Postgres. Hosted plans have check and email allowances; self-hosting means you operate the infrastructure. SSL expiry alerts and custom status-page domains are hosted-only features.
I'd love to hear what you use for monitoring today, and which part of your workflow you'd want to automate first. Happy to answer questions about the product or self-hosting!
