For our GPT-6 Astra Challenge build, we used Astra to build the entire analytics workflow in the dashboard. That brings the other side of the experience into focus: not just answering visitors, but helping the business understand how its agent is being used. Astra helped us develop this workflow; it is separate from the OpenAI models used for customer conversations.
