Nulls Tracker - AI Bulking & Macro Log
Minimalist AI macro & workout log built for bulkers
Nulls Tracker is a unified AI workout log and macro counter built for bulkers and hardgainers. Built with an anti-bloat ethos, it rejects social feeds and complex plans for pure utility. It combines training volume and diet into growth audits to pinpoint why progress is stalling. Features include low-friction minimal-tap logging, AI macro estimation from meal photos, targeted muscle-building insights, and a "Roast Mode" for blunt reality checks on consistency. Fast, web-first PWA.
I built Nulls Tracker because I was a struggling bulker and couldn't figure out why I wasn't making progress.
I needed to audit both my lifting and my eating against my actual goals. Progression stalls usually come down to training volume or calories, but standard apps force you to track them in separate tools or bury the combined data under menus.
So I built a unified app to audit workouts and nutrition together, making it obvious where the breakdown is happening.
To make an audit tool actually work, though, you have to log consistently. And if logging feels like a chore, you stop doing it. That dictated the UX choices:
Minimal UX: Stripped out social feeds, gamification, and ad space to keep the interface fast and low-tap on the gym floor.
AI Integration: Manual food database searches are a major point of friction, so I added AI photo estimation to handle quick macro breakdowns from a photo.
The focus evolved from just aggregating data to removing every possible barrier to keeping an accurate log.
