Hey everyone — I’m the maker of Nourish 👋
This started as a personal problem.
I’ve been trying to stay consistent with health while working pretty intense weeks (long days, travel, eating out most of the time), and most nutrition apps just didn’t work for that kind of lifestyle.
At some point I started tracking things in Excel and sending it to an AI every day to get feedback (a bit nerdy, I know 😄). That actually worked surprisingly well — mainly because it adapted to what was realistically going on in my life.
Nourish is basically my attempt to turn that into something usable:
an AI coach that helps you stay on track even when things aren’t ideal.
