Notepadle
Free online notepad that saves as you type — no sign-up
Notepadle is a free online notepad that saves every keystroke automatically. Start writing instantly, no sign-up needed. Create a free account to sync notes across devices, share any note with a short link (view-only or edit access), and lock private notes with a password. It also includes a zero-knowledge Password Vault plus free tools: Password Generator, Word Counter and Case Converter. Clean, fast, private and free.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm the maker of Notepadle. I kept opening random "online notepad" sites to jot something down quickly, and they were all either full of ads, lost my text when I closed the tab, or forced me to sign up before I could type a single word.
So I built the notepad I actually wanted:
✅ Open it and start typing – no sign-up, everything autosaves
✅ Free account syncs your notes across all your devices
✅ Share any note with a short link – view-only or edit access
✅ Lock private notes with a password (encrypted in your browser)
✅ Password Vault – zero-knowledge, so only you can ever decrypt it
✅ Free tools: Password Generator, Word Counter and Case Converter
It started as a simple text box and grew into a small, fast, privacy-first writing space. No bloat, no clutter, and it's free.
I'd love your honest feedback: what's the one feature that would make you switch to Notepadle as your everyday notepad?
Thanks for checking it out! 🙏
