I'm Noe — a pre-med student at UTRGV and the founder of nosterCodes.
I built nosterHealth because I watched classmates memorize drug names and SIG codes all semester and still freeze up their first week in a real pharmacy or clinical setting. The gap between classroom and clinical is real and nothing was actually addressing it.
So I built a simulator.
nosterHealth has two wings — nosterRx for pharmacy and pharmacy tech students, and nosterClinical for prescribers and clinical tracks including PA, MD, NP, OD, and MA. Students practice real prescription workflows, SIG syntax, patient verification, phone calls, prior auth scenarios, and clinical decision making before their first rotation.
