I’m the creator of NFX Reset.
I built this because I’m a chronic 'comfort-show rewatcher.' Every time I wanted to restart a series like The Office or Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Netflix would spoil the ending by jumping straight to the credits of the last episode I watched years ago.
The 'official' way to fix this involves digging through account settings and clicking 'hide from viewing history' dozens of times. It felt like a chore, so I automated it.
NFX Reset is a tiny, open-source tool that adds a simple Reset button to the Netflix interface. It handles the API calls to clear your progress so you can enjoy your favorite shows from the very first second again.
