NextAdmin
Open-source Next.js admin dashboard, built for AI agents
Free, open-source Next.js admin dashboard with 200+ components, AGENTS.md rules, Agent Skills, and a prompt library. Built to keep AI coding agents consistent instead of reinventing every page or generating AI slop. Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and other AI agents can read the project once, understand your patterns, and build new features and UI that match them instead of inventing something new every session.
We first built NextAdmin as a regular admin template. Then we watched how people actually use templates now: they open them in Claude Code or Cursor and prompt. And the results were messy.
The agent picks a different auth approach, invents folder structures, styles every component a little differently. You end up fixing patterns instead of shipping features.
So we rebuilt NextAdmin around one question: what does an AI agent need to build well inside a codebase? The answer became the product: - 200+ handcrafted UI components
- 6 Unique prebuilt dashboards (analytics, e-commerce, CRM, marketing ...) - AGENTS.md rules so every AI edit follows the same structure and naming - Agent Skills that give your agent full knowledge of the components and design system
- Figma design system and components - Mock data shaped like a real API, with a skill that swaps in your live endpoints from a prompt - React Aria skills so accessibility survives AI edits - A prompt library for pages, tables, auth, and layouts
- Open-source and free version with essential components
NextAdmin built to keep AI agent consistent instead of reinventing every page or generating AI slops, It works with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Copilot, Zed, and honestly any agent that can read a file.
💜 The core is free and MIT licensed. Pro adds more components, Figma source, and premium skills as a one-time payment. For the product hunt launch, Pro is 30% off with code PHOFF30.
Clone it, open it in your AI tool, and ask for a feature. That's the whole demo. I'll be here all day answering questions.
I'd really like to hear what your agent does with it. If it gets something wrong or you hit a rough edge, tell me here. I'll be around all day.
