Hi Product Hunt — I’m Etan, the developer of MyTripLog. I built it because I kept running into the same problem after travelling: I would come home with hundreds or thousands of photographs, but over time the story around them started to disappear. I might still have the photo, but forget exactly where it was taken, what happened there, why we stopped, or how that moment fitted into the rest of the journey. MyTripLog is built around **Waypoints** — places and moments that can hold a location, time, notes and photos. Put them together and a trip becomes something you can revisit as a **map, timeline, photo collection or story**. You can also **share a finished trip with friends and family through a simple public link**, so they can explore the journey without needing to create an account. Another choice that matters to me: MyTripLog is not another photo-storage silo. Your original photographs remain in your own Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive. And I’m building toward the next step too: turning completed trips into **printed travel journals, photo albums and posters**, so the journey can become something physical you can keep. The app is free and available on both iPhone and Android. I’d really value feedback from the Product Hunt community — especially on whether the Waypoint idea makes sense immediately, how useful the sharing experience feels, and which printed outputs you’d most want to create from a trip. Thanks for taking a look.
