I got tired of fitness apps that are just fancy spreadsheets — they log what you did but never tell you what to do next. MuscleBuddy is the opposite: it writes each session and your macro targets on deterministic engines (not an LLM guessing), then reactively adjusts them from your real weigh-ins and progression, and explains every change.
A few things I'm proud of:
• The free tier is genuinely deep — logging, auto-progression, macros, muscle ranks, leaderboards, challenges, social. Not a crippled trial.
• It's evidence-based — guidance is grounded in research, not bro-science.
• It's an offline-first PWA, so it works mid-workout with no signal.
• Pro adds AI coaching, contest prep, bloodwork/compound tracking, and wearable-driven recovery.
