Miji is an enterprise AI operations platform that turns business goals into governed, executable workflows. AI managers coordinate specialized AI workers, business rules, tools, data, and human approvals to run complex operations from end to end—with control, visibility, and accountability built in.
We built Miji after seeing the same problem across complex business operations: the logic needed to get work done is scattered across policies, systems, spreadsheets, people, and increasingly, AI tools.
Most AI tools are good at completing individual tasks. But running a real business process requires more: coordinating multiple workers, applying business rules, accessing the right resources, escalating exceptions, involving humans when needed, and maintaining governance throughout the process.
That led us to build Miji around a different idea: instead of adding AI to isolated tasks, turn a business goal into a governed operation.
In Miji, AI managers coordinate specialized AI workers, workflows, resources, and human approvals to execute complex processes end to end. The goal is to give organizations the flexibility of AI agents without giving up the control and accountability required in enterprise operations.
