Mayora

A shared budget where you both see the same month

Mayora is a budget for people who share money. Both of you log what you pay and see the same numbers at once. Bills only count as spent once paid, bank statements are read on your phone, and analysis shows spending by person. Free, no ads.

Hi Product Hunt! I'm Filipe, and I built Mayora because my partner and I kept arriving at the end of the month with two different ideas of what we'd spent. Most budgeting apps are built for one person and bolt sharing on later. Mayora starts from the shared month: one list, both of you logging, the same numbers on both phones. A few things I'm proud of: • Bills are "reserved" until paid, so "what can we still spend" is honest from day one • Bank statement import that runs entirely on the device: the PDF never leaves your phone • Spending by category and by person, which turns arguments into numbers What it isn't: a bill-splitting app. If you need to settle a dinner, Splitwise does that better. It's free, with no ads and no tracking. I'd love to hear what would make it useful for your household, and what's missing.
