Zero clicks: windows back after sleep, unlock or replugging
Nothing to save, no layouts to name, nothing to click. Many Displays quietly remembers where every window lives (display, position, size) and puts everything back on its own when your Mac wakes, unlocks or reconnects its monitors. Grant Accessibility once and forget it's there. Built for identical monitors that macOS keeps swapping: it tells them apart, even by the port they're plugged into. No cloud, no account. $19 one-time, 14-day free trial.
Hi everyone, I'm Martín, an indie macOS developer (I also make Tangible). I built Many Displays because my two identical LG 4K monitors swapped places after every sleep, and every window piled up on one of them. macOS can't tell identical monitors apart because many ship with the same EDID serial, and DisplayPort monitors "disconnect" when the Mac sleeps.
Many Displays keeps one layout per combination of displays. It tells identical monitors apart by system UUID and then by physical port, fixes the arrangement, resolution, rotation and HDR first, and then puts every window back by itself. It reads the window server's list (about 20 ms for hundreds of windows) instead of asking every app through Accessibility, so a busy app never stalls it. No network, no analytics, and the source is on GitHub under the FSL (MIT after two years).
It's $19 one-time with a year of updates, after a 14-day trial with no account. I'd love to hear about setups where it fails: docks, three or more monitors, odd Spaces configs.

Who hunted Many Displays?
Many Displays was hunted by Martín Acuña Lledó. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
