I built Maisonnez because I got tired of opening 6 different real estate portals to compare flats between Paris and Lyon, and still missing the actual signal: real prices, energy ratings, and how long it really takes to get to my office.
So I wired up an AI that takes natural language ("between Paris and Lyon, 20 minutes from Chatelet metro, balcony, under 450k") and crosses 3 official French datasets:
- DVF (the public ledger of every real estate transaction in France over the past 5 years — actual prices, not asking prices)
- DPE (mandatory energy ratings, post-2026 reform)
- Cadastre (verifies the property and owner)
Every morning, you get a shortlist with a color-coded map. The score tells you when a listing is undervalued vs the DVF history.
