I'm Chaitanya — solo founder, 17 years in industrial automation, zero background in software. I built Loopnote because I was bleeding conversions on my own product (Zoftwaare.com) and had no idea why. Every feedback tool gave me the same generic question. My visitors gave me the same useless answers.
