Hi Product Hunt,
I'm Daniel, founder of LiquiChart. I spent 13 years in marketing roles across San Francisco and Tokyo. I'm now a solo founder, and this is my first PH launch!
I built LiquiChart because I found it hard to make time for auditing and updating content while trying to scale new content at my previous employers and in my own business.
Blog posts publish data, whether original or borrowed. It doesn't take long before sources and numbers are changed, updated, or removed. We rarely have time to audit our entire blog once, let alone every year, so stale data starts to accumulate, and users and AI assistants pick up on that (Ahrefs ran a study and found that AI assistants cite content 25.7% fresher than what ranks in Google).
To measure how common this is, I used LiquiChart to scan 961 posts across 46 SaaS company blogs. 1 in 5 posts that cite data were citing numbers 2+ years old, and 20.4% of the linked sources were dead, restricted, or erroring.
How it works:
1. Scan - Paste or import any URL. LiquiChart finds the numbers in it, traces cited ones back to their source, and shows you which ones are out of date or aging.
2. Watch - LiquiChart keeps watching the numbers on your monitored pages. When a source publishes a new edition or a link dies, you get flagged.
3. Fix - It rewrites the sentence around the new number and shows you the diff. Nothing changes until you approve it. Then you push or copy it into your CMS.
4. Prove - Connect Search Console and GA4, and LiquiChart marks the day each fix went live so you can see the effect on clicks and traffic.
Embedded polls and charts update as votes and data come in, and Living Content blocks switch their text to match, so your post text and embeds stay in sync. (Living Content probably deserves its own launch, so today I want to just focus on the core product of finding and fixing stale data.)
