Well, if LinkedIn can use AI to help people find jobs, then it makes sense that they can also offer AI to help recruiters manage the hiring process. Indeed, the future of two sided marketplaces is AI on both sides with the host platform taking a cut from both! Hiring Assistant is a new product designed to take on a wide array of recruitment tasks, from ingesting scrappy notes and thoughts to turn into longer job descriptions, through to sourcing candidates and engaging with them.
