Leo: 21 Day Habit Builder
Build one habit at a time, in just 21 days
Leo is a minimalist habit app built around a simple idea: one goal, one focus, 21 days. Instead of overwhelming you with dozens of habits, Leo helps you commit to one meaningful challenge until it becomes part of your routine. Stay motivated with daily check-ins, visual progress, encouraging reminders, and a supportive companion that celebrates every step—including helping you recover after a missed day.
I've always been the person who'd install a habit app, add 10 habits on day one, and stop using it a week later.
After trying a lot of habit trackers, I realized the problem wasn't a lack of features it was too many of them. Most apps encourage you to optimize every part of your life at once. That never worked for me.
So I built Leo around a simple idea:
One goal. One focus. 21 days.
Instead of juggling multiple habits, you pick one challenge and stick with it. Leo celebrates your progress, encourages you when you miss a day, and reminds you that building habits isn't about being perfect it's about showing up again tomorrow.
I'm a solo developer, so everything from the mascot and UI to the Flutter code was built by me over evenings and weekends. There are still plenty of things I want to improve, and that's exactly why I'm launching now instead of waiting for it to be "perfect."
I'd genuinely love your feedback.
Would you use a one-habit approach over traditional habit trackers?
What would make you come back every day?
What felt unnecessary or missing?
🎁 I'm also giving away 25 App Store promo codes during the launch. If you try Leo and leave honest feedback good or bad I'll send you a code while supplies last. I'm looking for long-term users who can help shape the app, not just downloads.
Thanks for taking the time to check it out. Every comment helps me make Leo a little better. 🙏
