Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I’m a software engineer, not a motion designer, but I’ve always wanted to create beautiful motion graphics without spending weeks learning animation tools.
With coding agents becoming increasingly capable, I started wondering: what if Claude or Codex could act as a creative director, not just a coding assistant?
That’s how Kiteva started.
Instead of generating video pixels with AI models, Kiteva creates animations through code. It combines 136 motion graphic styles, storyboarding, rendering, and automated visual reviews into one workflow. It also supports local narration and music.
It’s still an evolving side project, and there’s plenty to improve. I’m particularly interested in how far coding agents can go beyond traditional software development into creative work.
I’d love to hear your feedback, especially on what would make Kiteva more useful for creators and developers.
