Hey Product Hunt! I'm Alex, the guy who built Kinex Fit mostly out of frustration with my own situation.
My wife Bryton and I used to do HYROX classes together. When our schedules stopped lining up, I still wanted that structure but I was on my own figuring it out. So I started doing what everyone does: scrolling Instagram, saving workouts, trying to piece something together. π±
And it was a nightmare.
Getting to my saved posts was already like 4 clicks deep. Then Instagram would pull me in and I'd lose 10 minutes just scrolling. Then I'd finally find the workout, get to the gym, start moving, phone auto-sleeps, I go to wake it up mid-set... and Instagram refreshed back to the home page. Now I'm standing there sweaty, trying to remember where I was, spending 5 to 7 minutes clicking through everything again without getting sucked back into the feed.
Every. Single. Time.
So I built Kinex Fit. Share from instagram or TikTok, copy the link, or screenshot the workout wherever you see it. Instagram, TikTok, a gym whiteboard, your camera roll, whatever. The app reads it from the post or if you share the screenshot or picture then via OCR, structures it, and makes it something you can actually follow and track without ever going back to Instagram or TikTok π

Who I am: I'm a full time Cyber Incident Response Analyst in NYC. This was a nights and weekends build between time with the 3 kiddos and trying to get a sliver of gaming in (I miss ARC raiders). It's live on iOS right now and I'm still shipping constantly with Android down the pipeline. π
