Hi Product Hunt! I'm the maker of Iterlay, an open-source visual workspace for coding agents and the people reviewing their output. A coding agent can build a page and still need a product image, a different colorway or a poster. Iterlay brings that work onto one canvas: a brief, references, generated assets, image versions and export tools stay together. The screenshots show a real FIELD demo board. FIELD is a fictional brand. Codex previously used the CLI to generate and edit the speaker assets. You can inspect prompts and references, make region or mask edits, crop and grid-slice images, and export the results back to a project. The app also has a plugin SDK and separate workspaces. The short-drama assistant shown here organizes a script into characters, shots, dialogue and camera directions; the pictured storyboard images have not been generated yet. Iterlay is free and MIT-licensed. Bring your own model provider: API usage costs and available image/video features depend on that provider. Local storage means your boards and assets stay on your machine; prompts and needed references still go to the selected remote model. I'd love feedback on the workflow from a coding task to a usable exported asset. Disclosure: this introduction was prepared with AI assistance, with actual app screenshots.
