We built Inventory Sales Cloud after seeing how many wholesalers and distributors were still managing inventory in spreadsheets or using software built for retail or manufacturing that never quite fit their needs.
The private B2B buyer portal was the feature we kept hearing wholesalers ask for — a way for their customers to place orders 24/7 without calling the sales team. That became the core of what we built around.
