InstaDwell combines co-living, student accommodation, and PG listings into one global discovery platform. Unlike operator-specific apps, users can compare multiple housing options across cities and countries in one place. Filters for budget, room type, amenities, and lifestyle preferences make discovery easier, while direct operator connections remove brokerage and simplify bookings for students and young professionals.
Finding student accommodation and PGs is still surprisingly fragmented. Most students and young professionals jump between dozens of operator websites, brokers, WhatsApp groups, Google Maps, and random listing pages just to compare options in one area.
InstaDwell started from that frustration. The idea was simple. What if there was one platform where users could discover co-living spaces, student housing, and PGs across operators, cities, and even countries in a single search experience?
While building, the approach evolved from just aggregating listings to focusing heavily on discovery. Filters, verified operators, locality-based exploration, and easier comparison became central to the product. We also realized students moving abroad face the exact same problem, which expanded InstaDwell into a global accommodation discovery platform.
