IBDA

Run your whole event business from one place

BDA replaces the 6-8 tools event professionals juggle — quotes, contracts, deposits, invoices, e-signatures, client portal — with one workflow built only for them. Wedding planners, photographers, DJs, caterers, decorators. French market, French law.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Amine, solo founder of IBDA. I kept meeting the same person: a wedding planner running a real business 30k, 60k a year from a Google Sheet, a Typeform, a Drive folder and a very tired inbox. She wasn't behind on tech. She'd just accepted that admin chaos was the price of the job. It isn't. But every tool built to fix it is built for "freelancers and small businesses" meaning it's built for nobody in particular. So she has to bend a generic CRM into something that vaguely handles a deposit schedule, a supplier list, a D-day timeline. IBDA is the opposite bet. It does one vertical, entirely: event professionals in France. Quotes, contracts, deposits, invoices, e-signatures, client portal one workflow, no glue, no Zapier. Deposit tracking that understands a 30/40/30 split. Contract templates that hold up under French law. Factur-X e-invoicing ready for the 2026 mandate. Being upfront: IBDA is French-only right now the interface, the legal templates, the invoicing compliance. If you're outside France, this launch probably isn't for you, and I'd rather say that than collect signups that churn in a week. What I'd love feedback on: for those of you who went vertical instead of horizontal how did you resist the pull to broaden? Every piece of advice I get says "expand your TAM." I keep thinking the narrowness is the product. 14-day free trial, no card. 29€ / 49€ / 89€ a month. I'll be here all day. Ask me anything — especially the uncomfortable stuff.

Who hunted IBDA?

IBDA was hunted by AMINE BAKHTI. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
