HookFlow
Never lose a lead to monday.com rate limits again
Sending Stripe, Shopify or Webflow webhooks into monday.com? Bursts can hit rate limits (HTTP 429) and the lead is gone. HookFlow catches every webhook instantly, maps your JSON fields to board columns, and feeds your board at a safe pace, retrying if monday.com is overwhelmed. Install from the Marketplace, generate a URL, paste it into your source app. No code, no Make scenario needed. Encrypted in transit, deleted on delivery. From £49/mo.
Hi Product Hunt, I’m Harry, the solo maker behind HookFlow.
I built it because of a gap I noticed with monday.com: when a lot of webhooks arrive at once (a launch, a campaign, a big sale), the API can answer with rate-limit errors, and the sender usually doesn’t retry. Reading monday’s community and developer forums, you can find people describing items going missing or automations firing late during bursts of traffic.
HookFlow is my fix. It accepts every webhook instantly, then passes it to your board at a pace monday.com can handle, with encrypted buffering and retries if the board is overwhelmed. It also maps your JSON payload fields straight to board columns, so for a simple webhook-to-board flow you don’t need to build a separate Make or Zapier scenario. It’s a native monday.com Marketplace app, so setup is OAuth, a generated URL, and a paste. Getting through the marketplace verification took months, so I’m glad to finally have it live.
I’d love your feedback, especially if you’ve lost leads or orders to monday.com limits and how you dealt with it. What would make this more useful for you?
