Hey everyone! I'm David, and I built this because I was frustrated. My Apple Watch has been collecting data for years; tens of thousands of measurements. But when I wanted to actually understand my patterns or show my doctor something meaningful, the Health app just... wasn't built for that. It shows you today. Sometimes yesterday. That's it. So I spent the last few months building this for myself, and it turned into something I think others might want too. Why I built it this way: Local-first, privacy-first — Your health data is sensitive. It never leaves your Mac; no accounts, no subscriptions, no telemetry. You export from your iPhone, point the app at the folder, and everything lives in a local SQLite database you can delete anytime. Doctor-ready — The real use case for me was preparing for appointments. One click generates a multi-page PDF with every chart, every ECG, everything formatted the way your physician actually expects to see it. Natural language queries — I added an Ask feature so you can ask questions like "How many days in the past 30 has my resting heart rate been under 55?" and get actual answers backed by your data. Runs against OpenAI or fully local with Ollama. I'm genuinely open to feedback. This is v1. If there's a view you'd find useful, an export format you need, or a feature that would make this more helpful for your use case, I'd love to hear it. Ask away. Happy to explain anything.
