HarborKeep
Family records and a printable emergency sheet
Keep family records, important documents, and emergency information together on iPhone and iPad. Create a printable emergency sheet. Records are encrypted. Core features are free, with an optional one-time Pro upgrade and no subscription.
Hi everyone, I’m Raymond, the developer of HarborKeep for iPhone and iPad.
My goal with HarborKeep is to make family records and important information easier to organize while respecting privacy. It brings together things like insurance information, documents, notes, and emergency contacts.
One feature I’ve recently added is a printable, one-page emergency sheet. You can put it on the fridge or leave it with a babysitter so important information is easy to find without opening the app.
Records are encrypted, and there’s no separate account to create or advertising. The core features are free, including the emergency sheet and encrypted backups. There’s an optional one-time Pro upgrade for higher attachment limits and more custom category photos. No subscription.
If HarborKeep sounds useful and you have a little time, feel free to give it a try. I’d be glad to hear what you think, and I’m happy to answer questions here.
Thanks for your time,
Raymond

Who hunted HarborKeep?
HarborKeep was hunted by Raymond Carroll. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
