Hangrily

Stop Arguing. Start Eating.

Hangrily is a decision-focused dining app designed to eliminate the friction of choosing where to eat, whether you’re solo, on a date, or coordinating with a group. Instead of scrolling endlessly through reviews or getting stuck in indecisive group chats, the app introduces a fast, swipe-based interface where users can evaluate restaurant options one at a time based on their preferences.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I built Hangrily because I was tired of wasting 20–30 minutes every time a group tried to decide where to eat. Everyone says “I’m fine with anything”, but nobody actually wants to choose, and group chats turn into endless scrolling and indecision. Hangrily takes a different approach: you set a few filters (cuisine, budget, distance, dietary needs), then swipe through restaurants one by one. In group mode, everyone swipes on their own device and Hangrily finds the best overlaps so the group gets a fair, fast decision. I’d love your feedback on the UX, the matching logic, and what you’d want to see next (e.g., stronger personalization, social features, or integrations). Happy to answer any questions and share more about the roadmap!
