Je partage ici un projet sur lequel je travaille depuis bientôt un an et que je viens enfin de rendre public.
Gramly est né d’un problème simple que j’ai moi-même rencontré : réussir à gérer sa nutrition au quotidien sans que ça devienne soit trop contraignant, soit complètement flou.
J’avais besoin d’un équilibre entre flexibilité et accompagnement, avec un outil qui aide à suivre ses objectifs (perte de poids, prise de masse, maintien), mais aussi à mieux comprendre ce qui se passe autour (fatigue, faim, ressenti) pour ajuster intelligemment.
Je l’utilise moi-même depuis plusieurs mois, et ça m’a vraiment permis d’être plus régulier et plus serein dans ma manière de gérer mon alimentation.
Il y a une version gratuite, et dès que vous créez un compte, vous avez automatiquement 7 jours d’accès à toutes les fonctionnalités pour tester tranquillement sans engagement.
Pour l’instant, l’application n’est pas encore disponible sur le Play Store ou l’App Store, mais elle fonctionne directement via le navigateur, et il est possible de l’ajouter facilement à l’écran d’accueil du téléphone (c’est expliqué lors de la première connexion).
Si certains sont curieux de tester, je suis vraiment preneur de retours pour continuer à améliorer l’outil au maximum.
(évidemment, ça ne remplace pas un professionnel de santé, c’est simplement un outil pratique pour mieux s’organiser au quotidien)
