Gidbri

Give customers live updates on custom orders

Gidbri gives your customers real-time visibility into production - without calls, emails, or confusion. Built for custom manufacturers and workshops.

Top comment

Hey everyone 👋 I built Gidbri after noticing how many small workshops and custom-product businesses handle customer updates manually - usually through WhatsApp, email, or random photo messages. At first I assumed the problem was: “customers constantly asking for updates” But after talking to woodworking shops and other makers, I realized something interesting: Most customers don’t always ask - builders send updates proactively anyway, just to keep communication smooth and professional. So I built Gidbri: A simple customer-facing tracking page where businesses can share: * progress updates * production stages * photos * shipment info No customer accounts or logins needed. Still early and actively improving it based on feedback, so I’d genuinely love to hear what you think - especially if you work with custom orders or client projects. Thanks for checking it out 🙌

Gidbri was hunted by Dominik Paulic. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
