FormNode

The form builder your AI agent can drive

The form builder your AI agent can drive. Webhook-powered dynamic dropdowns, decision-table approvals over email, and a branded portal per client. Point Claude or Codex at FormNode's MCP server and the agent builds the form and the webhook workflows behind it.

Hey Product Hunt, I’m Joshua. I built FormNode because the teams I work with kept hitting the same wall: forms were easy to publish, but hard to wire cleanly into real operational workflows. Most form builders are built for surveys, lead capture, or simple intake. FormNode is built for structured intake that needs to become action: n8n workflows, approvals, customer portals, API access, webhooks, and auditable submissions. The goal is to make forms something an automation stack or AI agent can safely drive, without giving up the admin controls teams need in production. I’d especially like feedback from people using n8n, Zapier, Make, internal tools, MSP workflows, or customer portals. What would you need from a form builder before trusting it as part of your workflow system?
